OUR ANNUAL SPORTS FESTIVAL COMES TO LOS ANGELES! MORE SPORTS! MORE PARTIES! MORE PREMIUM ACTIVITIES! HOSTED BY THE CITY OF WEST HOLLYWOOD, OUTLOUD SPORTS IS THRILLED TO CELEBRATE LABOR DAY IN LA!
This years festival features multiple divisions of Kickball (All-Gender and She/They), Dodgeball (Advanced and Recreational), Turf Soccer, Sand Volleyball (Advanced and Recreational), and Doubles Tennis (Beginners, Intermediate and Masters) with more sports being added!!
All Tournament Players get a specialty T-Shirt and AN ALL ACCESS Festival Wristband.
The weekend will consist of multiple events and parties including, VIP GALA + OPEN BAR at the LGBT Center, WeHo Bar Crawl, Closing Party with the OutLoud Music Festival, discounts all weekend long at bars and restaurants, and more celebrations with our premium sponsors including: The City of West Hollywood, The Los Angeles Dodgers, The LA Rams, Angel City FC, C4 Energy Drink, Mistr, Gym Sports Bar, HiTops, Stache, Heart, and more.

TOURNAMENT STYLE
Day 1 - Pods of 6 teams will compete in 3 matches in a round robin rotation. Their tournament seeding will be determined by their final rank.
Day 2 - Single Elimination tournament. Teams will be seeded into multiple divisions.
All teams are guaranteed 4 games minimum in the tournament.
Brackets will be determined by location and blind draw.
TEAM SIZES:
12 players minimum.
PLAYER COST:

Dodgeball
No Sting Tournament - Advanced and Recreation Division
Location: West Hollywood Park
32 teams will compete in a 2 day tournament! 16 Teams Per Division.
TOURNAMENT STYLE
Seeded Tournament
Day 1 - Each team will compete in 7, 12 minute matches as qualifiers for seeding.
Day 2 - Single Elimination tournament. Teams will compete in 30 minute single elimination matches until the finals which will be 45 minutes.
Brackets will be determined by location and blind draw.
TEAM SIZES:
10 players on a court.
13 maximum on a roster.
PLAYER COST:
$55 - starting May 1st
$60 - after July 1st

Soccer Tournament / Turf Field - Presented by Angel City FC
Location: Pan Pacific Park Turf Soccer Field
12 teams will compete in a 2 day tournament!
OLS is a seeded bracket tournament.
Day 1 - Soccer Teams will compete in 3 matches in a round robin rotation. Each Match will be 40 Minutes with 1/2 break. Teams tournament seeding will be determined by their final rank.
Day 2 - Single Elimination tournament. Teams will be seeded into two divisions, A and B. Brackets will be determined by location and blind draw.
TEAM SIZES:
12 players minimum.
PLAYER COST:
$60 - starting May 1st
$65 - after July 1st
$75 - After August 10th

20 teams will compete in a 2 day tournament!
TOURNAMENT STYLE
Seeded Tournament
Day 1 - Each team will compete in 3, 50 minute matches as qualifiers for seeding.
Day 2 - Single Elimination tournament.
TEAM SIZES:
4 players on a court.
7 maximum on a roster.
PLAYER COST:
$50 - starting May 1st
$55 - after July 1st
$60 - After August 10th
TENNIS
POINSETTIA AND PLUMMER PARK
3 Divisions of Play: Beginners. Intermediate. Masters.
SATURDAY, Sept 3th and SUNDAY Sept 4th
Saturday 11am-5pm
Sunday - 11am-5pm
Saturday will be a Round Robin format where the teams will play 3 - 40 Minute Matches. Match record at the end of the day will determine team's rankings.
Sunday the top 6 teams from each division will make the tournament. The first two rounds of the tournament will be a standard VGL 8-game pro sets and the final will be a full-length match.
HOW ARE THE ROUND ROBIN GAMES PLAYED?
40 Min Games DAY 1- (5-minute MAX warm-up)
8 game pro set: first to 8 games, win by 2, or 40 minutes
- no-ad scoring
- 7-point tiebreakers
- if players do not complete their match in the allotted time, match wins will be determined by current match points. If the score is a tie, players will play until tie is broken.
SKILL LEVELS
Beginners: equivalent to USTA ranking 2,0-3,0 (beginner to the sport)
Intermediate: equivalent to USTA ranking 3,5-4.5 (recreational competitor)
Masters: equivalent to USTA ranking 4.5-up (competitor with USTA and/or college experience)

All matches will follow standard ITF/USTA rules of play
